Asharqia Chamber presents you with the best greetings and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2568) dated 10/10 / 1439, which referred to the letter of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority No. (59034 / p) dated (29/9/1439) on the limited issuance of certificates of halal slaughter on the " International Islamic Halal Organization " accredited by the Muslim World League in the Republic of Brazil.
The work of these certificates shall be completed on 15/6/2018.
We would also like to inform you that the Authority's decision applies to the consignments of meat and its products shipped from the country of origin (Brazil) after 15/6/2018.
The Authority will not authorize the release of any consignment shipped after the above date unless accompanied by a certificate of Halal slaughter issued by the "International Islamic Halal Organization " accredited by the Muslim World League in the Republic of Brazil.
